Email Type Description Setup

The email types define which types of emails you want to define for customers. There are several built-in types which cannot be modified and you may define as many custom email types as you would like. This dialog box is opened by selecting Email Type from the Standard Descriptions dialog box.

Note: Be careful about modifying an email type that is already assigned to customers. An alert will be shown when you attempt to modify an email type which has already been assigned.
