Before you are able to build Orders (Estimates, Repair Orders, and Invoices) in Manager, you must perform certain setup activities. You must set up lists of descriptions and rates, and set up a database of administrative, customer, and parts and labor information. These steps are accomplished in dialog boxes selected from the Configurations menu.

Choose a Configurations menu selection for more information:

Shop Data Setup

Vendor Setup

Technicians Setup


Packages and Discounts Setup

Tire Packages Setup

Brake Packages Setup

Lube, Oil, & Filter Packages Setup

End of Day Reports

Program Security

Diagnostic Reports

Special Maintenance

You can also use the Setup button on the toolbar to open the Setup tables (Shop Data Setup, Standard Descriptions and Standard Tables).
