Group Setup

The Group Setup dialog box is where you maintain a choice list of groups for the Marketing Data dialog box. The Group choice list can include any groupings of customers for which you wish to collect marketing data. You can add, edit, and delete group descriptions in this dialog. 

Adding a Group Description

1. Select Add.  The Enter Information dialog box appears. 

2. Type in a Description.

3. Select Ok.

Editing a Group Description

1. In the Group Setup dialog box, select the Group Description you wish to edit.

2. Select Edit. The Enter Information dialog box displays the current Group Description.

3. Overtype the current Description and click OK.

Deleting a Group Description

1. Select the Group Description you wish to delete.

2. Select Delete. A dialog box directs you to confirm your deletion. 

3. Select Yes to delete the Group Description.
