Find History Record (By Invoice Number)

To find a History Record based upon Invoice Number:

1. Select Find History Record from the Utilities menu.

Press F4.

The Find History Record dialog box appears.

2. Select the Invoice tab if not already selected.

3. Type the invoice number in the Invoice No. field.

Note:
You do not need to enter the zeroes, if any, at the front of the invoice number.

Highlight the invoice record for which you wish to view the history record. Use your scroll bar to view additional invoice records if necessary.

4. Select View Record.

The History Panel displays the history record(s) for the vehicle with the selected invoice number highlighted.
