Mail Merge Letter Setup

 

The Mail Merge Letter Setup/Add New Mail Merge dialog box is where you add and edit mail merge letters. The dialog box is opened from within the Follow-up Post Cards and Letters Setup dialog box.

The Mail Merge Letter Setup/Add New Mail Merge dialog box contains the following fields:

Field

Description

Letter Name

The name of the Mail Merge letter as it will appear in the pull down selection lists. (Up to 30 characters.)

Mail Merge Document

The full path and file name of the word-processing document that will be used to generate the mail merge letter. Select Browse to search and choose the path/file name.

Word Processor Location

The location of Microsoft Word on your system.
