Status Mapping Editor

You can synchronize Appointment States to your Statuses when you make either selection by clicking on the Status Map button. This is designed to improve accuracy and efficiency and reduce redundancy. This opens the Status Mapping editor.

To set up a Status/Appointment Link:

1. Click on Status Map in the Scheduler States dialog box to open the Status Mapping Editor. You may choose to automatically update RO Status based on Appointment State changes or update Appointment States based on RO State changes.

Note: You can also open the Status Mapping Editor from the Status Descriptions screen.

2. Click Add to add a new mapping of either kind.

3. Choose Appointment State and RO Status.

4. Click Update and Save.
